Australian Made Solar Bollards: Reliable & Robust Solar Lighting for Rural Australia
Spacing between the existing lighting left long stretches without sufficient light; these gaps were filled with a base-plate mounted bollard. A low power model was used with some sections of the road being shaded by large trees or fence-line. For easier asset management, as well as installation efficiency, HIGHLUX commonly recommends customers opt for all bollards to be the same power model (as the lowest power specified), particularly when the lowest power model is only one step down from the standard (160mA). Where the lower power models such as the 80 and 40mA in some sections, but 120 and 160mA in others, keeping to the specification at each installation point is recommended.
