Local Traffic Management Device Solar Street Lighting with SOLANOVA in Eltham, VIC

Eltham is recognised as one of Melbourne’s rural outer suburbs that has successfully retained its greenery despite pressure for intensive infrastructure, building and development.  Commissioned by the Nillumbik Shire Council, HIGHLUX teamed up with Hilite Electrics, a local electrical business to Eltham, to provide our premium Australian made street light, SOLANOVA, for Allendale Road.

HIGHLUX supplied the 7x SOLANOVA systems for installation by Hilite Electrics.   Each SOLANOVA marked a speed bump along Allendale Road, a road that runs through a stretch of rural properties with no other street or road lighting.  SOLANOVA offers a simple, powerful and reliable street light, with a clever optic that directs light downward, minimising light waste and light pollution. 

This installation in Eltham is specified to achieve ASNZS LATM Device P Category Compliance Lighting.
